Located in Belcastel, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, this charming 65 m² stone house accommodates up to 4 people. You will find one bedroom, a living/dining room, a shower room, and separate toilets. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals independently. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, and a garden lounge with barbecue. For families, a baby bed and high chair are available. You can enjoy a private garden and two uncovered terraces. The rear terrace offers a peaceful dining area, while the front terrace lets you enjoy the morning sun. The living room provides direct access to both terraces and the garden. Parking is available in front of the house or on the street. Events are not permitted. The Aveyron River flows nearby, ideal for fishing enthusiasts. You can set out directly from the house for beautiful hikes or mountain bike rides; guidebooks are available. Discover night markets with local producers every Friday in July and August on site, as well as producers' markets on Tuesday mornings in Rignac and Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Rodez. The village festival takes place in July, and a flea market is held on the first Sunday of September and the third Sunday of May. A theatre festival is organized in the village during the first week of August. Bed linens and towels are available for an extra fee. Final cleaning is also offered as an option.
