Gîte furnished with lots of space and comfort. Ideal pied-à-terre for large families or groups. At the back of the house, you have a terrace and a large plot of land. Interesting location between Épinal and Remiremont and 24 km from Gérardmer, its lake and its ski resort La Mauselaine. Large gîte of 190 m².
On the ground floor:
Entrance with lounge area,
- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 244 liter refrigerator),
- Dining room with relaxation area and double-sided fireplace, opening onto the terrace.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm),
- A bathroom with Italian shower,
- WC, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
On the 1st floor:
4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 6 single beds 90x200 cm)
Baby bed available.
Living room with games and TV.
Bathroom with bathtub.

Outdoors:
- 2000 m² plot of land.

- 56 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (adjoining the terrace of the owners' other gîte).

The house includes two adjoining gîtes (private entrances) for 10 and 5 people. A bedroom on the ground floor (double bed) and a walk-in shower for people with reduced mobility.
