It has 2 private terraces, one to the north and one to the south, with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. It adjoins another seasonal rental and a vacant apartment. Open-plan kitchen equipped with 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, small 6-cup dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combined microwave, mixer, multi-function food processor and oven. Reversible air-conditioning. - One bedroom with 160x200cm bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, reversible air-conditioning, quality bedding and access to a 5m² private terrace with garden furniture. - A bathroom with a 90x170cm Italian-style shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. - Separate WC.
