A beautiful stone house adjoining the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will have access to a living room with the kitchen and dining room fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, an electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a classic coffee maker and an espresso machine, a dishwasher. A living room with a sofa, a television and Wi-Fi. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160x190 each and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 120x190. A bathroom with standard shower with toilet. Baby equipment on request: baby bed and high chair. Enjoy a relaxing holiday, between Angoulême and Périgueux. You can explore Brantôme, "The Venice of Périgord," enjoy canoeing on the Dronne River to Bourdeilles (a superb castle), visit the domed Romanesque churches of the Ribéracois region, and enjoy cycling, mountain biking, and hiking (many hiking trails are available).
You'll love the private, heated, chlorine-treated swimming pool, 10m x 5m and 1.50m deep, secured by an alarm and fence, open from late June to September (weather permitting), located about 10m in front of the covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
At the back of the house, you can enjoy an enclosed garden shared with the owner, who has a Bernese Mountain Dog and two cats. You can also visit the chickens and the rooster.
