Ground floor: living room-kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 140cm beds), bathroom. 2nd attic floor: 1 bedroom (3 single beds). Small unenclosed courtyard (46 m²). Electric heating extra depending on consumption. Additional service: cleaning fee: euros90. Compulsory cleaning fee for companies. For your comfort, sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival free of charge. Property managed by a professional.
