Detached house of 200m² on a 5000m² unfenced plot. On the ground floor, you will enter through the kitchen opening onto the dining room and the living room (TV, internet, fireplace). You will enjoy a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: mezzanine (games, sofa bed) and through the hallway, 3 bedrooms each with 3 140x190 beds, separate toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
Private heated swimming pool, 4mx8m, chlorine-treated, secured by a covered bar, 1.40m deep, open from May to the end of September.
Young and old alike will enjoy the trampoline, games, and an outdoor bar with a barbecue and plancha, with an additional freezer-combination in the outdoor shed.
Private parking for 4 cars. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair.
