Nestled in a peaceful and verdant setting, this single-story cottage is the ideal base for a nature-themed vacation. Perfect for recharging your batteries and relaxing, the Maison des Sucs also offers numerous activities. In the immediate vicinity: hiking, mountain biking, mushroom picking, and more. A few kilometers away: the Via Fluvia, a cycle path, and the village of St Bonnet-le-Froid, a culinary hotspot. A little further afield: Lake Devesset is 30 minutes away, the town of Le Puy-en-Velay is 1 hour away and its UNESCO World Heritage monuments, the town of St. Étienne and its numerous museums, Annonay is 40 minutes away, and the Peaugres Zoological Park is just a short drive away. This gîte adjoins another gîte of the same size, opening onto a private, unoverlooked 50m² garden with garden furniture and a plancha grill. The entrance leads directly into a large, comfortably equipped and tastefully decorated living-dining-kitchen area. The gîte has three bedrooms, each with its own color code and thoughtful decorative details. Finally, the bathroom is carefully designed with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit, and separate toilet.
