85 m² gite with a basement, comprising upstairs a large living room with a fireplace, a modern fitted kitchen, a lounge and a dining area opening onto the balcony. A large hall with an office area and a skylight leads to 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. The wood-fired central heating is supplied by the owners from the basement. This comfortable, recently converted gite welcomes people wishing to recharge their batteries in the countryside for a weekend or a stay. You will appreciate its bright interior and the quality of its amenities. From the large flowered wooden balcony, furnished for your meals, you can enjoy the window that opens onto a hilly landscape. You will also have a 50 m² grassy courtyard and a carport. A large unfenced plot of 2000 m², shared with the other 2 gites, has been designed for relaxation and leisure activities: children's swing, boules, ping pong, basketball. Donkey rides for children. Chazelles-sur-Lyon is 9 km away - St-Galmier is 5 km away.
