A former detached barn, completely renovated with passion, is located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical Breton marshland landscape. A pond at the foot of the gîte's terrace (partially secured), which is shared by the owners, and an unfenced outdoor space of 1 hectare, with superb views of the marshes. A small private terrace is located near the kitchen. Secure parking with an electric gate. Above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners (open from May 15th to August 30th). Ground floor: living room with open, workshop-style kitchen (induction hob). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a shower room/WC (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 3 90x190 cm beds).
