More informations and reservations on our website : MARCSFLAT . COM This is a beautiful, huge and cosy appartment located in the City Center of Nantes. The area is very calm and green which make the flat very comfortable. It is ideally located rond point de Vannes, rue Albert Calmette (tramway line 3 and bus line 10 at 200 meters) Very close, by walking, you'll find everything you need : Bakery, Butcher's shop, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bar... The appartment is formed of a spacious living-room with a very nice fireplace and subfloor heating Its superb loggia offers a genuine breath of fresh air and greenery in the Center of Nantes The flat contains three independant rooms with private bathrooms. The shared areas (living room, kitchen and loggia) are opened to all the people who made a booking for a room.
