## The space This spacious accommodation on the first floor of a detached house offers a large living area open to the lounge, which features a fireplace, and a beautiful, separate, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for convivial moments. It has 4 bedrooms with comfortable bedding: two bedrooms with 90 cm beds, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, and two office spaces, one of which is within a bedroom. The terrace is private, and the garden is perfect for relaxing or engaging in activities; in season, you can enjoy picking apples and cherries. Close to Limoges, with access to the A20 in just 4 minutes, you can easily explore Limoges and its surroundings. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire accommodation and garden. ## Other things to note The maximum number of occupants is 10 people. Check-in hours are in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out hours are in the morning before 11:00 AM. Parties or any other type of large gatherings are not allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
