## The space You will be 15 minutes by car or tram from Place de la Comédie, 15 minutes from Petit Travers beach. The Garcia Lorca tram station (line 4) is a 5-minute walk from the house and will take you to the station in 10 minutes. You can park one car within the grounds of the house and several for free in the street in front. Your children will be welcome, with all the necessary equipment to accommodate babies and older children. Good wifi speed and office space perfect for teleworking. The accommodation is non-smoking and all events causing noise pollution are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood. Cleaning fees, linens and toiletries are included in the total rental price. THE HOUSE House of 90m² on one level (be careful, 2 steps at the entrance) consisting of the following rooms: • An entrance with wardrobe, shoe storage and shelves. • A spacious and through living room including a comfortable lounge area with reversible air conditioner, sofa, armchair, TV, audio speaker (jack socket), numerous books and a dining area (6-8 seats) with a view of the terrace. • A kitchen open to the dining area, fully equipped (Senseo coffee machine, induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, small dishwasher for 6 place settings, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.) and many utensils.
