“The name. In the centre of France, on the roof of the world, Hotel de la Plage. When I arrived, guests were embarking on a fishing trip. Curiously interesting but it is surviving, no, thriving 90 years after it was established. A hidden jewel well...”

“Hard to find but once here superb. Great helpful check in, garage for motorcycles , excellent wi fi and easy walk to centre for dinner. Breakfast good and property in first rate order, recently refurbished to a high standard and very comfortable.”
