Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 70 euros to be paid on site. Additional information : • Bedding, towels, and tourist tax included. • Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility or can be arranged for 70 euros. • Pets allowed on request (15 euros/night additional fee). • Parking not guaranteed, additional fees may apply. • Paint is peeling in some rooms, renovations are planned soon. One of the showers is under renovation but remains usable.
