The surrounding area is a wooded valley and part of a nature reserve. Here you can observe wildlife in their natural habitat, as well as a diverse bird life. During the renovation and renewal of the building, great care was taken to preserve the original rustic charm. The furnishings are simple. Outside you can relax by the pool while listening to the birds chirping. There is a golf hotel and country club 1 km away. It's 14 km to Bergerac, with its medieval center. The 300 hectare forest on the estate is ideal for walks.
