The furnishings are cozy and rustic, with the open sleeping gallery being particularly noteworthy. The sandy beach is only 500 m away and Piriac with its beautiful old center and harbor is very close by. The kilometer-long, sandy beach of La Turballe stretches south along to Le Croisic. The salt marshes of GuÉrande are also worth a visit. The best way to explore the 49,000-hectare Parc Naturel de Brière, with its peat cutters, thatched cottages and canals, is on a guided boat tour
