This property features a private pool and a lovely garden where you can relax and soak up the sun. - Private pool open from 01/04 to 31/10. - Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfort year-round. - Close to scenic areas and the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 90 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 8 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 36 euros to be paid on site. Additional information : - The rental price includes the tourist tax. - End-of-stay cleaning can be organized for 90 euros. - Bed linen can be rented for 36 euros per person. - Towels can be rented for 8 euros per person. - Smoking is allowed indoors.
