100% Authentic Mazet of 35m2 with terrace of 50m2 on a garden of 7 ares for 3 people maximum, it is composed as follows: -A cozy living room with electric stove, turntable, speakers, dining table for 3 people and a reversible comfort sofa for 1 person - A kitchen overlooking the living room with an oven, microwave, hob, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. You can prepare good meals on site! - A bedroom area with a comfort double bed that can be closed or open to the living room - Covered exterior with dining table, swing, deck chairs, outdoor shower and charcoal barbecue. - An independent bathroom at Le Mazet with shower, toilet and stunning views (To access it, it is necessary to go out on the covered terrace.) You can park up to 2 cars along the Mazet on the closed and secure grounds. Important: This place in the countryside and in the evening falling insects can be present from where all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets, A lamp to attract them is at your disposal and we advise in the evening when you enjoy the terrace to close the door of it.
