Saint-Clément lake leisure center 15 km away with swimming and sports activities (canoeing, tree climbing, quad biking, pedal boating, paddle boarding, etc.). A second dining table with 4 chairs is available in the cupboard on the ground floor. Possibility to accommodate an additional person at no extra cost in the sofa bed in the dining room. GITE PLUS: Heating included. Sheets provided, towels provided, and household linen provided. Flat-screen TV, optional cleaning, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, wood-pellet stove, baby bed, central heating, pets allowed, sheets included in the price, towels provided, 1-month stay, shared rental, long-term rental, parking, detached house.
