Pleasant private enclosed garden, lawned, flowered (800 m²), 2 terraces, one of which is covered; to relax, garden furniture, sofa, deckchairs, sun loungers, portico. Plancha, electric barbecue. Close to nature, on the edge of the forest. Non-smoking cottage, pets not allowed due to allergies. Free Wi-Fi. You will be charmed by the warm and cozy atmosphere of this stone house in the Monts du Forez, its authentic renovation with stone walls, decorative bread oven, French ceilings, parquet floors, exposed beams. The cottage offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains (and the highest peak in the department: Pierre-sur-Haute: 1634 m). Ideal for relaxation (sauna, terraces including one covered, large grounds) and outdoor activities, summer and winter. Many hikes start from the cottage. Located in a quiet area, at an altitude of 950 m, in the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park, 10 minutes from the Chalmazel ski resort and the Col de la Loge Nordic ski area. Ideally located for family and friends, just 1 to 1.5 hours from St-Étienne, Clermont-Ferrand, and Lyon.
