Built in 2012, this peaceful retreat is located at 1300 m altitude in the traditional hamlet of Le Mont, between Le Grand-Bornand and Chinaillon. Just 3 km from the ski slopes and the centre of Chinaillon, and 6 km from the village of Le Grand-Bornand, the chalet offers a tranquil setting and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bright and cosy living space includes a lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In winter, enjoy the crackling fire or relax in front of the flat-screen TV. One bedroom and a bathroom are conveniently located on the main level for added comfort. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds) and two shower rooms. The large terrace and garden offer stunning views of the Aravis mountains — perfect for unwinding. On the lower level, there's a second lounge with TV, mini pool table and relaxation area, a double bedroom, and a laundry room. A garage is also available. Bed linen is provided, ensuring a stress-free stay. South-facing and detached, this chalet is ideal for recharging, snowshoeing or watching paragliders soar. Guests are welcomed on site. This charming chalet was built in 2012 and is located in Le Mont, a charming little hamlet between Le Grand Bornand and Le Chinaillon, at an altitude of 1300 m. “Les Sonnailles du Mont” is about 3 km from the center of Chinaillon and the ski slopes. And 6km from the village of Grand Bornand. The living room is very spacious and includes the living room with insert fireplace (firewood is included!), the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction hob. The living room is cozy with a Burgundy fireplace, ideal for winter evenings! There is also a flat screen TV in the downstairs room. In the extension of the living room you can eat on the large terrace or in the garden, while enjoying a magnificent view of Les Aravis. On this same floor is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 2 others with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and washbasin, and the other with bath and washbasin. On this floor there is also a separate WC. The lower floor consists of a living room with TV and small pool table, a double bedroom and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer...). This chalet benefits from a garage. The chalet is equipped with household linen (sheets and towels + beds made). It enjoys a very quiet location, a southern exposure and is an ideal starting point for snowshoeing, the arrival of paragliders! Customers are welcomed at the chalet itself. A high chair and cot are available on request.
