The chalet is located at the foot of the mythical ascent of Alpe d'Huez, the departure is 2 minutes walk away. The village is 15 minutes walk away. The house consists of 4 bedrooms with private bathroom + sleeping in sofa bed in the living room on the 1st floor + sleeping alcove on the top floor. 4 Bathrooms 4 Toilets 1 large kitchen From 11 to 13 people can stay there. A private park of 5000m2 and fenced, a private courtyard with 3 parking spaces with remote controlled gate. A small chalet (locked) for bikes or skis.
My name is Isabelle, I've been living here for 25 years and I've gradually built up this space to be able to welcome mountain enthusiasts for cycling, skiing and/or hiking. After a high level sports career (Olympic snowboard champion in 2002), I am now a ski and snowboard instructor in winter and I rent my chalet for the summer period. I will welcome you if it is possible and advise you if you need it.
There is a bus stop 5 min from the chalet on the line 3020 Bourg D'oisans Alpe d'Huez (stop Sarenne-Bergerie). In the summer there is a restaurant 2 minutes away at the campsite "à la rencontre du soleil". You can leave directly from the chalet for your walks and have quick access to the paths (GR) and roads to climb the most beautiful passes of the oisans.
