This pleasant apartment of about 80m2 living space has an independent entrance. The apartment is a duplex and has on the ground floor, an entrance, a toilet, a living space (a TV, a folding table with stools, a sofa), a cellar of 10m2 which can be used as a storage place with access to the outside, an independent kitchen (a coffee machine TASSIMO, a microwave oven, an oven, a hood, a cooktop). On the first floor, we find the night space, with three bedrooms, all with EMMA quality mattresses (sheets and pillows provided) and a bathroom (towels provided). The terrace is not private and can be used for eating or sunbathing, equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue. For your pets, a supplement of 50e is required for the stay, to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival. Only clean and well educated animals are accepted. Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. Free parking on site.
