In Pagnol Country, facing the Garlaban Mountains. In a quiet, green setting close to all amenities, this newly built, fully equipped, independent-access property features a pleasant outdoor space with a private terrace equipped with a table and charcoal barbecue, a kitchen open to the living room (with a 140cm "rapido" sofa bed and its 18cm mattress), a beautiful bedroom (with a large 160cm bed and its "firm comfort" mattress), and a bathroom with an 80x160cm walk-in shower. The accommodation, ideally suited to 4 people, can comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 additional babies. A travel cot with mattress is available in the accommodation. Linens (sheets, towels, duvets, etc.) and bath products are provided (except for babies). Amenities include a stove (with ceramic hob and oven), a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a smart TV (with integrated YouTube and Netflix), a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron with ironing board, a hair dryer, a first aid kit, and all other kitchen and bathroom utensils and accessories. A Nespresso coffee machine will ensure you wake up refreshed in the morning! A bonus: no need for air conditioning in summer, natural coolness guaranteed (~22 degrees).
I built this outbuilding primarily to comfortably accommodate friends and family... When they're not there, however, it remains unused for long periods, and I find that a real shame. That's why I want to make it available to travelers seeking a relaxing break surrounded by nature, in absolute peace and quiet, in the heart of Provence.
Between Aubagne and La-Penne-sur-Huveaune, near the Château des Creissauds, 10 km from Marseille and at the gateway to the Calanques National Park, our accommodation enjoys a strategic location for exploring Provence. Hiking and mountain biking trails are within walking distance. This lovely 40m² one-bedroom outbuilding, located on the ground floor of the villa, features a covered outdoor terrace with a barbecue, secure parking, a fenced garden (with a children's play area), and views of the Garlaban Mountains.
