Ce cocoon se trouve dans un quartier calme proche de la gare de Nice ville, de la station tram T2 et des commerces. il est bien situé pour explorer la ville à pied ou pour se rendre sur la promenade des anglais. Commerces à côté : supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, clinique
