The interior of the house includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage space, a large living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower. At the front of the house you will find a rack to park two bicycles. The residence also offers two swimming pools: a large one and a spacious paddling pool for children, both secure and open from April 5 to September 30. Do you want to swim in complete tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of the big rollers? The marine lake beach is for you. Do you prefer to surf? Then the waves of Océane beach in Soustons Plage (5 minutes by bike), of the Grand'Plage or of the north beach in Vieux Boucau will delight you (15 minutes by bike from the House). The beaches are supervised from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in July and August. Do you want to go for long rides on the beach or with an electric fat bike?
