We created this studio in 2023 on the second floor of the west wing of our presbytery, which dates from the late 18th century. You'll find a cosy living room with a large 160x200 bed, internet TV, vintage armchairs and bistro table, a bathroom with bath and shower, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge ....

As a young retiree, we set our sights on this unique house with its large garden surrounded by a wall from which we can see the bell tower. We love arts and culture. Our house offers the opportunity to have enough space to paint, make lithographs or mosaics.

Like all presbyteries, we are close to the church, and the house is located halfway between Tréguier , Paimpol , and the sea (7km). We're 3km from the port of Lezardrieux and 2km from the nearest bakery, butcher's, delicatessen, cheese shop and wine cellar. We're à 5km du Chateau de la Roche Jagu et 12km from Brehat, Sillon de Talbert and Pontrieux. If you would like to visit Brehat or the small islands in the archipelago, we have a 6.50m Open Flyer motorboat with a 150 horsepower engine. Important. If you want to rent it, the captain must have a boating license.
