Both passionate about nature, we settled in Sologne in 2016, to join the family cradle and leave the Parisian tumult. In 2020, we made the acquisition of the Ferme du Poirier, a magnificent and old abandoned Solognote farm that we have decided to bring back to life. The Poirier Farm Project was born, our values: Autonomy, Well-Being, Preservation and... of course Excellence! The Ferme du Poirier is therefore 300 Solognote sheep, raised in extensive pasture, in complete autonomy. Our wish is to share this extraordinary experience within our domain, and this magnificent heritage.
