La Charrue is a friendly B&B and gite complex with an on-site restaurant and campsite. Each room has a double bed and some have a second single or the family room has two extra single beds. Cots are available if required. There is a swimming pool (open from May) and mini-golf. We are situated along the main route between Angouleme and Perigueux just a short drive from Brantome.

La Charrue is located in the beautiful Perigord Vert in North Dordogne.
The countryside is stunning and there are many picturesque historic towns within a short drive particularly Brantome, Bourdeilles, Villebois-Lavelette, and of course the large towns of Perigueux and Angouleme.
It is a great place to explore the woodlands, go canoeing on the river Dronne, visit the caves (grottes) in the region and also the many beautiful castles or why not enjoy the gastronomy of the region.
