The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 39 m² with TV, fireplace, sofas, dining area and table soccer and board games. - A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pods and Dolce gusto coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine... On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) - Room 3: bunk beds with a double bed downstairs, a single bed upstairs and an additional single bed. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Exterior: - A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m² with furniture. - A south facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron, fondue machine, raclette and plancha. Other remarks : - Free wifi available. - The fireplace is functional, the wood is provided in defined quantity. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included. - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you.
