The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor :
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, connected TV, electronic dart board and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A scullery with worktop, sink for sinners, a washing machine, freezer, hoover, broom, etc.
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double queen-size (160x200) with dressing area.
- A shower room with shower
- A separate WC
First floor extension 1:
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a double bed (140x190) with dressing room and study area. Access to the sleeping area is via a staircase located inside this same bedroom.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed
Outside:
- A beautiful south-facing 250 m² garden including a seating area under the carport, an outdoor dining area, three deckchairs for relaxing, a large sheltered barbecue for outdoor meals, and a slide for the little ones to enjoy.
- A 37 m² terrace
- A secure shed with padlock is available for storing your bikes (bike rack), and/or roof box, etc.

- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available, very good speed suitable for remote working
- Pets are allowed, but with a supplement of e15/stay. One pet per stay is accepted by default.
- Electric car charger: Our charging station is equipped with an RFID card for electric vehicles. Please note that use of this service is subject to a supplement specified at the time of booking. An access card is provided for compulsory activation of the charger.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
- Air conditioning is available in all 3 bedrooms.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the house's private car park opposite the front door. Street parking is also available.

- By car: Our accommodation is easily accessible via the N165, the main road linking Nantes to Brest.
- Nearest train station: Hennebont SNCF station
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport is the nearest, about 20 minutes away by car.
