Atypical, in medieval Hyères 5 minutes from all amenities and Provencal market. Possibility to unload the car in front of the door, secure parking space offered 5 minutes away by foot, 10 minutes from the train station, airport by car, and 5km from the beaches.
Charming town house of 48m2 on 3 floors with storage room that can accommodate 2 bicycles. Cocooning for 2 and can also accommodate 3 people (2 adults and 1 children, not suitable for young children). Ideally located to discover the historic center, parcours des Arts, the Villa Noailles.

I acquired this house in February 2022 that went straight to my heart to have a foothold in the country of my youth during my off-season. Indeed, I manage a guest house in Moustiers Sainte Marie in the Verdon where the activity is seasonal from April to November, welcoming my guests has been my job for 22 years by now.
Unfortunately I will not be able to welcome you in Hyères, so I have entrusted the management to Patrik who is very professional and will be able to answer all your questions.
In medieval Old Hyères, close to all amenities: grocery store and butcher 20meters away, shops, bars and restaurants, I recommend the very nice little shops in the town centre. You will enjoy strolling through the alleys of Old Hyères and discover: the parcours des Arts, the house of Noailles, the castle, the Templier Tower, the marble square, the remarkable gardens. You can do everything by foot. It is a pleasure.
The train station is 10 mins away like the airport, the first beaches 15 mins away: Ayguade, Almanarre... Public transport 80 m away, i rent a parking spot 5 mins away by foot for your comfort with no extra charge for you. Possibility to unload the car in front of the door, and store 2 bicycles inside.
