## The space Take advantage of this renovated house in an exceptional, calm and wooded environment. You will be comfortably installed and with space for 8 people. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with sofa, coffee table, television and large dining table. The kitchen is in the next room, fully equipped with its filter coffee maker and a kitchen kit for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a tea towel for the kitchen) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided. Wifi is available, free and unlimited. From the living room you will have access to the garden where you can enjoy the green and wooded areas. For the night, you have two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. For the other two bedrooms, go upstairs, you will also find one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. All are equipped with dressing rooms. You will also have at your disposal a bathroom with shower and another with bathtub with a necessary for the bathroom for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of paper toilet. We provide towels, sheets, and the house is cleaned and prepared before your arrival. ## Guest access Arrive is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure). The entrance to the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box. ## The neighborhood Ideally located 12 minutes from Tours, in the heart of the Loire Valley and all its castles, our house is perfect for a tourist stay. About 30 minutes from many castles (Amboise, Chenonceau, Azay le rideau, Villandry, ...). At 35 min from the beautiful city of Amboise and its Clos Lucé, last residence of Leonardo da Vinci. The park of Grandmont is 3 minutes away, ideal for beautiful walks. A few minutes walk from all amenities (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy...). 10 min from the banks of the Cher river and the Bergeonnerie lake. Beauval ZooPark at 45 min. ## Getting around The house is located at 15 min by car from the center of Tours. But you can also get there by bus, a line exists between Tours and Joué-lès-Tours.
