The "Maison du Parc" is a charming single-storey 60 m² holiday home designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people. It's ideally placed to take advantage of all the activities without taking the car: market, shops, beaches, various businesses and entertainment just a stone's throw from the house. It is very well equipped and offers quality features (reversible air conditioning, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, baby equipment, private parking). The house comprises : - a very bright 30 m² living room with two 80x190 sofa beds, a television and a dining table for 4 people - a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher/fridge/freezer/kettle/microwave/"Tassimo" coffee maker ....) opening onto the garden and terrace. - bedroom with double bed (140cm), wardrobe and reversible air-conditioning - a shower room (basin and shower) - separate WC Outside: 40 m² enclosed garden with dining table, parasol and plancha, plus 2 private parking spaces. Optional services: cleaning and linen (on request when booking).
