The accommodation comprises - 30 m² living room with double sofa bed and dining area - A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, microwave, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A lovely enclosed garden with a 50 m² terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
