La Marquière welcomes you as a couple or family all year round in a warm and friendly setting. This large property with 6 rooms invites you to relax and visit the Loire Valley region. The house is composed of: * A large secured garage that can accommodate 4 vehicles. * A fitted and equipped kitchen (Oven, Fridge, Hob, Microwave), * A living room with sofas and armchairs around a pellet stove and a beautiful 160CM curved LED TV (for cinema lovers or sports events), a dining table and chairs for 15 people. * One room "Wellness" with a Sauna (2 persons) and place for massages (Extras and with booking) * A large Game Room with a pool table, a Ping-Pong table, bodybuilding accessories, a Lounge area and a Business corner (Computer and Printer available)
Half way (20 minutes) from Amboise and Blois "La Marquière" will welcome you with a stunning view of the Loire Valley and the Château de Chaumont-Sur-Loire (5 km).
