The property is located on the Opal coast and looks out on the bay of Ambleteuse and cap griz nez. On a good day you can clearly see the cliffs of Dover across the channel from the 20m² deck of the apartment. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one gives room to three persons. There's a possibility to accommodate two extra people in the living room, although we recommend the apartment for a maximum of five to be comfortable. There's free internet and cable TV provided, although we hope the great surroundings motivate you to spend most of your time outside . The Bathroom has a bath/shower combination and a double sink. There's also a separate toilet. The kitchen has basic commodities (microwave, small oven, water boiler, coocker, ... . Check in is possible after 4 pm to ensure a minimum 24h gap between guests.

Originating from Belgium, the residence has been our family retreat for over 25 years and by now three generations have enjoyed many beautiful sunsets looking out on the stretch of sea between England and France. After countless visits the place still continuous to amaze us and we hope many more people can discover this peaceful environment.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the town of Wimereux. Located on the cliffs it takes a 10 minute walk to the natural beach at 'pointe aux oies' known for good kite- and wave- surfing. Just behind the beach the 'dunes of la slack' hold a great walk where different landscapes are sure to surprise you. If you walk the other way to the left, the trail will lead you to the town of Wimereux, at the the mount a the river where it has got his name. Here you find a beautiful seawall promenade with typical houses in 'belle epoque' style. Furthermore there are many things to discover in the vicinity. The city of Boulogne certainly deserves a visit, with its ancient town and cathedral. On a rainy day you can admire all kinds of nautical wildlife at Nausicaa, which holds the biggest aquarium in Europe. Actually we would even recommend a visit on your holidays with nothing but sunshine.
