La Passerelle, a charming gîte in Provence: surrounded by lavender, olive trees, vines and truffle oaks, the gîte is located in the enclave of the Popes, just a few minutes from the village of Valréas (all shops). In the heart of a charming co-ownership with magnificent century-old plane trees, a beautiful stone building has been renovated into 10 independent flats set in around 1 hectare of land. The south-facing flat opens onto a private, landscaped 130m² courtyard, with a large stone table for outdoor meals. "La Passerelle", with 105m² of living space, is on one level, with a cosy interior that is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The entrance leads directly into the living room with its high ceilings and TV area. In a row, there is a newly fitted kitchen with a dining area. There is an adjoining bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be made into a single 160cm bed. Adjoining, an alcove with two 80cm bunk beds. A shower room with WC.
