This charming 76m² town house, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers, is located in the garden of a building just a stone's throw from the Jacobins conference centre, and offers a peaceful, leafy setting. With all rooms facing south, it is bathed in natural light throughout the day. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: Garden level : - A living room with TV and sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc., as well as a dining area - Separate WC 1ᵉʳ floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed - Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed - Shower room For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A shared garden - A 30 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
