We are a couple with 2 children, for my part I live in Savoie for 40 years, I will be happy to tell you how to discover our wonderful department. In case I'm not present at the scene, when you arrive, the keys will be retrieved in a box with secure code. The code and instructions will be communicated to you before your arrival.

Beautiful duplex apartment of 54m2 on the ground, ranked tourism furnished 3 *** stars in 2024 Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided FREE WIFI AND PARKING Tv 140cms + NETFLIX + YOUTUBE Located very slightly on the heights of Albertville but 5 minutes walk from the city center, the apartment consists on the ground floor of a living room open to the kitchen + bathroom and toilet. Up: -a large bedroom with a double bed + a folding bed for baby -a small extra bedroom with 2 single beds (Attic room making less than 9m2 square law) -a second toilet. The apartment is equipped with everything needed, crockery, television, coffee maker, kettle, steam cooker, toaster, DVD player, USB mini-bluetooth chain, sheets, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc ... The accommodation must be left clean, possibility of taking the cleaning package in addition No smoking in the accommodation. Please note there are around twenty steps to reach the accommodation, this corresponds to approximately one and a half floors.

We are located 2 steps from the city center, less than 10 min walk and yet in the countryside, the ideal compromise
