Pretty town house located in Sillé-le-Guillaume, 5 minutes walk from the shops in the town center, the Wednesday market and the train station. 5 minutes by car from the lake (20 minutes on foot from Coco Plage), the forest estate and its many walks, and 30 minutes from Le Mans and Alençon. The accommodation is complete and includes: -An independent entry procedure (codes communicated the same day when accommodation is available) -A bedroom with good bedding, a shower room and storage. -Bed linen and towels are provided. -A living room with sofa bed for an additional double bed, TV, WiFi, board games, books, etc. -A kitchen equipped with dining area, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. -Welcome breakfast is included (variable quantity depending on the length of stay or on request made in advance). -A locked courtyard, a garden, with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ and a terrace (still under construction). - Tourist brochures to discover the region are available. -Free parking throughout the street, especially in front of the house.
Sillé-le-Guillaume is a charming town, bordering a large forest estate and Lac Coco Plage. You will find many walks to do as well as some activities (mini-golf, sailing, horse riding, tree climbing, tennis etc.) And if you push as far as the Alpes Mancelles you will cross very beautiful listed villages. In addition you will find all the basic shops (bakeries, butchers, laundromat, Super U, etc.).
