My name is Laura, I am 24 years old and I just moved to the South of France to start a Bed & Breakfast.

Property information

This unique 25m2 two-storey duplex has an open bathroom, sofa bed, TV, private terrace and courtyard! The swimming pool is shared with other guests. It also offers you a perfect base for nearby Carcassonne. The studio is located on my property, but offers complete privacy. There are free private parking spaces in front of the door! Breakfast on request is possible!

Neighbourhood information

The accommodation is located in Trèbes, in a quiet area. It is only 8 minutes from Carcassonne, 15 minutes from Lac de la Cavayere (a beautiful lake) and between the vineyards of the Minervois and Corbières. In the port of Trèbes on the Canal du Midi you will find many nice restaurants. In addition, the supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance.
