The bucolic garden hosts a swimming pool (heated as soon as the weather permits and until the end of September) and other spaces that can be shared. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living/ dining area with Tarn bricks. The sleeping area is located upstairs and you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom WC. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a bed of 140 x 190 cm. The second bedroom is modular and can accommodate: - A bed of 180 x 190 cm for 2 persons and a bed of 90 x 190 cm for one person - Or 3 beds of 90 x 190cm for 3 people The bathroom is equipped with a shower of 80 x 120 cm . The exteriors (2000m2) are shared with the owner. You will find several garden areas, a covered terrace, armchairs and garden furniture as well as a barbecue and a plancha. There is room for everyone and the owner does not receive during the stay of guests. The 5m x 10m pool is treated with salt and is open as soon as the weather permits and heated until the end of September.
