Discover "Le Bihan" a functional and cozy studio, in the heart of Vannes, close to all shops. Located on the ground floor of a secure residence it is located a few dozen meters from an underground parking (paying) Its location means that you will no longer need to take the car to discover the city of the Vénètes. It consists of a living room with cupboard, table, chair, sofa/ bed (linen provided) wifi, TV, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet Please remember that you are staying in a property offered by an individual to the Airbnb community. This is not a hotel and we do not claim to have the same standing, although we do our best to improve the experience of our guests. Please respect the site, your environment and the neighbourhood. If there is a problem, I will do my best to act as quickly as possible. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. ========================== INFORMATION ON HOUSEHOLD LINEN Linen in the accommodation is provided for the sofa bed. Neighbourhood information

The Rue Traversière is located in the heart of downtown Vannes. You can discover the old town and its half-timbered houses as well as the Cathedral and its gothic architecture 3 minutes walk from the accommodation. No need to take the car to access the market that takes place every Wednesday and Saturday of the month, our accommodation is close to all shops. With its exceptional location you can do everything on foot.

We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Thank you for respecting our rules and helping to maintain a safe and legal environment for all our guests.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: 100€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;

- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

- Close windows on departure;

- Do not damage, break or steal anything;

- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a 50€ deduction from the security deposit.

- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;

- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.

-We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and will result in the full deposit being collected.

-Please validate the deposit before 7pm on the day of your arrival to guarantee access to the accommodation. After 7pm, the staff will no longer be able to provide you with access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been previously validated.
