Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of La Giettaz, this charming flat renovated in 2022, of a surface of 68 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a pretty 35 m² living room, an open plan fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and two balcony terraces with magnificent views of the mountains and the village. You will also have a closed ski room. We are waiting for you! The very luminous accommodation with south and west exposure is composed as follows: Day area : - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine... Night area: - Bedroom 1 with a view of the Aravis massif: one king-size bed (180×200). - Bedroom 2: two single beds. - A shower room with a multi-jet Italian shower. - Separate WC. Outside : - Two terraced balconies, the first facing South and the second facing West overlooking L'Etale La Clusaz. Furniture is available to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Underfloor heating in the living room and the bathroom. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie Pauline (concierge / housekeeping service) teams.

Neighbourhood information

The flat is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, sledging and dog sledding are the main activities in winter. - Discovery of the fauna and flora, accompanied by a local guide; mountain hikes, swimming at the Flumet lake (5kms); - Visit to a dairy (making reblochon cheese) and mountain pasture farms. - The Fête des Alpages takes place every year on 15 August at the top of the Col des Arravis in La Giettaz. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the 50 m² basement garage (2 vehicles) or in the private car park reserved for the Jean Lou chalet. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Albertville station at 40 km (1 hour by car) - Nearest airport: Annecy Mont Blanc airport 35 km (40 minutes by car) - Bus links to surrounding villages: Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, La Clusaz are also available. - Free shuttle bus in season to the slopes of La Giettaz located 3 kms away.
