Located in Flourens, just 15 minutes from Toulouse center, this charming T3 on the ground floor offers you a peaceful setting with a private garden. Enjoy two comfortable bedrooms (160 cm and 140 cm beds), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room. You will be able to access the accommodation independently and park in front of the apartment in a reserved space. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

The apartment is located in a small industrial area of Flourens, at the end of a quiet dead-end street. The neighborhood is calm and easily accessible by car. You won’t be in the very center of Flourens, but just a few minutes from Balma and only 15 minutes from Toulouse. Although it is situated in an industrial zone, the surroundings are very green, peaceful, and relaxing, with an open view of the countryside. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a quiet stay while remaining close to all amenities.
