The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this charming 103 m² apartment in La Chapelle-Thouarault which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 33 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. We're waiting for you! The apartment includes : - A 33 m² living room, sofa, table... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, senséo coffee machine and a coffee maker, food processor,... - Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: bedroom with 2 single beds - Bathroom with bath and double washbasin - Separate WC Outside area : - A 16 m² terrace with garden furniture (2 sofas, an armchair, a table), a round table and 4 chairs to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks: - Sheets are included and put on the beds before your arrival. Beds can be made before your arrival for an additional charge (price decreases according to the number of beds). - Towels are not provided, but can be hired if required. - We provide small hand towels, a sponge, washing-up liquid and a bath mat. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation (with the exception of dogs weighing less than 20kg, for an extra charge of 15euros/stay, with a limit of one pet per stay). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
