Property information

The apartment is 30 m2 and has been completely renovated in June 2014 and has not been occupied much. It consists of an entryway with large closets, a living room with a an open plan equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), south facing presentation overlooking the "green corridor" yet private. The new bathroom is equipped with a large 80x100 shower, hanging toilet, a towel, a sink, large closets and a washer/dryer. You get WIFI internet access and television with many foreign channels. The apartment is located in a beautiful old building with a secured access, a videophone, elevator and caretaker. It is located across from a beautiful garden, the "green corridor", just 5 minutes walk from the beaches, the old town, the Opera, and Place Massena, ... Numerous bars and restaurants close are located nearby, and various shops including Galeries Lafayette. Enjoy the great location!

Neighbourhood information

The building is located in the Carre d’Or (golden square) in the center of Nice, in front of the Coulee Verte (green corridor), a huge central park of 12 hectares. The beach is just 5 minutes walk and the old town, the opera and the famous Place Massena. Many bars and restaurants are close to home, and various shops including Galeries Lafayette. Enjoy the geographical location; it is exceptional for a holiday by the sea while enjoying a large beautiful city.
