Welcome to the GROFT, barn of 135m ² renovated in a loft spirit at 4 min from the A2 Paris-Brussels, in a charming village in the heart of nature. On the ground floor you will find a 70m² plateau with a checkroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, fridge+freezer, microwave, hotplates, host, dishwasher), various appliances on request (raclette machine, plancha, croque monsieurs machine...). A coffee-bar area is at your disposal with a Nespresso and a kettle. Nearby, a dining room offers 8 places around a convivial table. A complete bathroom (double sink + bath) and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. A warm living room will allow you to meet at the corner of the pellet fire, the television corner, board games or near the table soccer. On the first floor, 3 carefully decorated bedrooms and a master suite with a shower room and a television. A toilet is on the landing; A driveway along the house allows you to park safely (gate).
