We are delighted to offer you this recently renovated outbuilding of 45 m2 in a magnificent property near the heart of the Provencal village of Ventabren, ideal for nature lovers. The modern industrial style decoration will immerse you in a warm atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The living room is equipped with a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a TV connected to the wall for your relaxing evenings. The quality kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a large fridge freezer, a kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery for 4 people. The reversible air conditioning will offer you optimal comfort throughout your stay. The independent room has a double bed 160x200 and storage for your personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower with bath towels and bathrobes included in the price. You will also find a suspended toilet and a heated towel rail. A mezzanine with an extra bed is also available to accommodate additional guests. For your comfort, a washing machine and a clothesline are at your disposal in the apartment. Also enjoy a large terrace of 45 m2 equipped with a table with 4 chairs, a 4-seater sofa, a parasol, a gas plancha, 2 sunbeds and a 4-seater BUBBLE and JET SPA usable from 08:00 to 00:00!!! Two free and secure parking spaces are also available. This single-storey accommodation is adapted to people with reduced mobility. However, it is not accessible to people in wheelchairs.
